Who controls your data
Lumenbase LLC provides Wood CRM and is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact privacy@lumenbase.io for privacy questions or requests.
Game result email
Players aged 16 or older may choose to provide an email address after entering a player name. We use it to send the requested Wood CRM game result and a thank you for playing. The game works the same if you skip this step. We won't spam you.
We store the email address, player name, consent time and wording version, gold, high score, ending, last area, and visited areas. The legal basis is consent.
Optional analytics
Analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics. Refusing them does not limit the game. You can change your choice from Privacy & Cookies on the game menu.
After consent, analytics may collect:
- A random visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie.
- IP address and approximate country, region, and city.
- Browser user agent, landing page, referral source, and campaign tags.
- Areas visited, session times, gold, player name, and last game position.
- Basic game events such as entering an area or changing gold totals.
- End-of-run progress percentage, ending, and result time.
The Your Results screen compares your progress with the latest result stored for each random visitor ID. This percentage only includes players who allowed analytics. We do not collect results from players who refused analytics.
If you also provide an email address, we link that signup record to the analytics visitor ID. This link is created only when both choices are active. Withdrawing analytics removes the analytics profile and breaks the link. The result-email record remains until you withdraw that separate choice or its retention period ends.
Why we use analytics
Lumenbase LLC uses consented analytics to measure play, find broken routes, and improve the game. The legal basis is consent. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or make automated decisions about players.
Device storage and required cookies
Wood CRM stores game saves and settings on your device so the requested game can work and resume. A required preference cookie remembers your analytics choice. These do not send gameplay analytics to Lumenbase.
Storage, access, and transfers
Data is hosted for Lumenbase LLC using Cloudflare services. Approved Lumenbase administrators can access it with an email, password, secure session cookie, and a server-side email allowlist. Data is sent over HTTPS. Cloudflare may process data outside your country under its data processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Retention
IP address, city, region, and browser user agent are removed from inactive analytics profiles after 90 days. Raw analytics profiles, sessions, and events are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Result-email records are deleted after 12 months. Anonymous totals may be kept longer.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw analytics consent from Privacy & Cookies on the game menu. You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data by emailing privacy@lumenbase.io. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing that was lawful when consent was active.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.
